supercharger with maf

Can you use a MAF with a centrifugal supercharger? I see that most people have speed density setups.

The problem with using a stock MAF in this configuration is that it can't measure airflow beyond 250 gps. The supercharger will be ramming much more than that at higher RPMs and high boost. That is to say that the MAF will saturate beyond that point.

That would definately answer my question. That is what I thought the problem might have been, but I wasn't sure. Thanks,

I run a procharger with a MAF and have no problems at all. I do have a custom prom and never see SES lights (that are MAf related, anyways).
