P1SC belt help needed

we installed everyting but it seems the K080645 is way too small. We got everything in place like ATI says and even looked at ******* pic for verification. I mean I accually have the 1 idler pulley off and the tentioner pulley off and it doesnt even seem close to coming on. Is there a way to get this on?

What size is the blower pulley?

On my D1SC with a 4" blower pulley 7.65" crank I use a 65" belt and I have to take off the blower pulley wrap the belt around it first then install it like that with little bit of force.

Thanks for the tip. I took the headunit off and put belt on then put the headunit back on. Worked perfect. Thanks!
