eliminating the cross bar of N20???
Does the ZEX N20 plate really make that much difference, by getting rid of the spray bars?
It looks like a good idea, but I dunno if it is worth the $180. I wanna get my car dyno tunned next week, and am wondering if having this in there will make a really big cam, run a little smoother, cuz it would have a more clear signal.
Just a thought. Also I think I spun one of my bars with I was screwing in the line from the solenoid, so I thought that was pretty shitty of the plate for the at to be able to happen and though about eliminating the damn bars alltogeaher.

You can unscrew the bars from the plate, that's normal. The ZEX plate just gives a better distribution, it's a little better design but not extremely superior to a good spray bar.

the latest issue of chevy high performance has a test with the Zex perimeter plate kit on a mildish 383 with the very same compcams nitrous hp cam im running now (236/248 .520/.540 113 lsa)...very good results if you ask me. The 150hp jets made 170hp at the crank, i'd say that plate design works from an efficiency and atomization standpoint.

They don't seem to have an OPEN style though? They only have the 4 bore design. I have a vic jr. intake, with an open spacer, and I would have liked to run an open N20 plate. Do they sell anything like that?
They do seem very advanced with their ideas. I also am not super seriouse here. I have never even used N20, this is just for some fun at the track with my street car. Thats all. I just thought my plate kinda sucked, and thought that getting an open plate would be a little nicer. Thats all.
