Re: It's ordered!!

Well, it has been a few weeks since I have updated you guys.....it has been real busy at work, so I haven't been able to do alot of work on her. I have been ordering some things though.......
* BMR boxed lower control arms
* BMR strut tower brace. I am hoping for no clearance issues with the ProCharger intake filter.....
* TA Performance rear differential cover.
Yesterday, I finally got the gauges installed in the A-Pillar. Well, at least fitted up and mounted, I still have to run wires and hook everything up.

I had to make some modifications to the Autometer 3 gauge pod....Thanks to Craig (Zap Racing) for all of your help!! You can see the mods here -

The gauges surprised me at being so expensive, but I don't want to cut corners on monitoring this engine, once the ProCharger is installed. I went with electric gauges for a few reasons....
* Fuel pressure - this one is obvious, I didn't want to mess around with an isolator to run the mechanical and I wanted it inside the car.
* Vacuum/Boost - I liked the electrics ability to read a peak, as well as set an alarm. This is probably the one I could have went mechanical on though and saved some $$$.
* Wideband O2 - I am so excited about this one! It was worth the money.....
So, next will be to get a compression test done and then get her out and get some dyno runs to get my baseline numbers.
Here are some pictures of the guages, I think they look good. I will continue to keep you posted on my progress and again, thanks to everyone who has helped out along the way, that has been priceless. You have helped me avoid some stumbles and that is what this board is all about.

looks good, and the triple pod fits like it is stock! I'm going to be following what you do closely because I hope to order a s/c this winter.

Gettin there... I wish I would of gone electrical on the boost gauge for the reasons above.. peak and alarm... I have had no prob's to speak of w/mech though... f/p gauge is a gimme and worth it's weight in gold.. YOu shouldn't have clearance issues w/the STB... mine has 3 or so inches..
