New turbo kit soon?
Many of you may know this but I thought I would post it.

I emailed HP:
I found an article in vetteweb.com about a turbo kit for the C4 vette. I
have a TPI IROC and was wondering if you sell just that turbo. There are
many people on thirdgen.org trying to find the right turbo for a 350 motor.
I realize there is no kit for it but for the people building kits it would
be great to have a professionally selected turbo that would match the engine
so well. Thanks.
They emailed back:
Yes we do sell just the turbo. The base turbo for that kit is a 60mm that
is capable of about 700hp. The turbo runs 950.00. We are currently
developing a turbo system for the 3rd gen camaro, so check back on the
website for more updates

Sweet. I wondering how long and how much the kit will cost when it is done. I may be looking to supercharge mine around the summer time.

The article that is linked is a must read. I looked up 60mm holset and it seems to be a very common cummins turbo.

This is sweet news!!! I wonder how much it will cost though.... If the turbo is 950.00, the kit would be quite a bit more I assume... Hope its not much more than supercharging...

turbo setup up would be nice since that other place quit making them
