i wanted to build a 383 for my car but looking into doing a 350 with twin turbo has anyone done this in cali that passes smog. i was thinking in grabbing a carb no from a smog legal turbo and making sticker that looks official and if you are what intake are you using and is it really expensive or well worth the money, im just trying to gather as much info to see which way to go
