anyone know where to buy it in bulk to try and save some cash, like 55 gallon drums? or automotive grade e98 whatever dosnt matter ill run eather

Typically the packaging isn't what drives the price up of this stuff, after all, you don't pay for any packaging when you buy it at a pump eh? So unless you buy it by the tankerful, I don't think there's a way to save any money - on the regular pump E-85.
Other stuff would be different....
