Procharger "Underhood" Blower?
I've been looking at these procharger centrifugal superchargers and they have aroused my interest. here's what im wondering: my car came stock with A/C. It has since been removed, meaning i have an extra bracket sitting under the hood. although i have seen several centrifugal superchargers, i've never seen one IN a vehicle. how big is it? would it be possible to put it where my A/C pump used to be?
motor is a 305 carb (soon to be swapped to MFI hopefully) bored .30 over with a 3/4 race cam and stock heads

Well you have two options here. I am assuming you have a v belt set up. If you plan to keep that I think procharger makes a sbc universal supercharger kit. If you find one for a camaro like a P600 kit you will need to convert to a serp set up. Hope that helps.

85, I can't speak to a carb setup but they have obviously already carb setups. Here's a pic of my serpentine belt / EFI setup.

ya its got the V-belt setup so i was hoping to avoid having to buy the serp kit, but due to recent engine trouble i might be building up a 350 shortly anyway instead... and it'll get the full blown weiand blower
