What belt sizes do we all run?

For the procharger guys (hell anyone with a serpentine belt blower) could benefit if we had all of us list what we use for the length, rib count and pulley sizes, i.e. I run a P1SC with the 8" crank pulley and 3.70" blower pulley and a 65.5" 8 Rib gatorback. I get belt slip above 4PSI 8(

What do the 8" crank, 3.40" setups use

What other combos do you guys have. List them here so we have a decent reference for existing and future supercharged projects.

Re: What belt sizes do we all run?

With a 7.65" Crank 12 rib setup this is what I use.

4.00" = 65" (DB650I-12 from procharger)
3.70" = 64.5" (DB645I12 from procharger)
3.40 = 64" (2x 6rib Dayco 5060640)

Now with my 3.4" setup I swapped over my tensioner pulley for something bigger in size to take up more of the stretch of the belts. Seems to work ok but do have belt dust building up.

Re: What belt sizes do we all run?

Still working on mine but close enough for some specs. Seven inch crank pulley, 4 inch blower pulley, 56 inch 12 rib belt. I set mine up so I can adjust the whole blower mount about and inch, then set the tensioner. Will have some pictures soon.
