new boost project !!!!!!

so heres my idea, got a new toy
95 camaro with the lt1,and now that im addicted to boost this one is deff getting a turbo.

so heres the plan i have nointentions of going into the engine internals, at most maybe a set of valve springs.

but heres my basic plan

#1st ditch the stock ecm, for a megasquirt and setup a coil on plug setup to get rid of the optispark, and install 50# + injectors and walboro 255 pump

then get the car base tuned na

#2 fab up and install a intercooled single turbo setup, gt45 turbo fmic etc

#3 tune for 12 psi and leave it

but i have a few ?'s
will the lt1 fpr raise fp on a 1-1 ratio with boost
what willa stock lt1 bottom end hold power wise
andanything else i shoudl worry about on the lt1 motor

Re: new boost project !!!!!!

This on the stock engine? Cause LT1's are notorious for blowing up with higher boost lvl's, course could be in the tune they use but don't really know for sure. Over on the http://www.camaroz28.com/ website check out there Forced Induction section, crazy amout of people over there to help you out.
