major issues with my code $59 on my 92 turbo car

I am going to kill this engine if i dont figure out what is causing this thing to have high egts. I have a 1992 formula 350 car that has the 730 ecm and I got a starter bin from code 59 it is a 42lbs supercharger bin that i started with. Here is the problem the car runs and drives great. Is stupid fast on 10lbs of boost. I got good afrs 12.0 range and 14 and change while driving. drives like stock and wot like i said is very fast. I am getting so hot on the exhaust side that the wrap I had on the pipes turned to liquid and to glass and broke off the pipe. I melt plug wires with out it touching them. it gets that hot. I just started it up and with out driving it just running it up to 4k a few times the pipes start to glow. It is all before the turbo this is happening. the down pipe is wrapped and not getting that hot. I have a fairly large exhaust housing .96 it is a t-76 turbonetics. I have been told so many things that can be causing this from retarding timing to lean to unburnt fuel in pipes lighting off. So I was just out there with the timing light on it and I get the rise with spot plugged in but revving it up to say 4k and not seeing much over the 20 I have at idle. maybe it is the way the table is set up for as I cant check it at wot and boost which i would love to or even driving down the road at cruising speed. I can just drive around and not get into boost and it will get hot. (engine never gets over 210) Getting frustrated as every time I drive it i kill plug wires and have double heat sleeves on them. something is not right. I have copied a friends set up but his is a mustang as far as engine size turbo and exhaust housing so dont think it is restriction problems or too small of a turbo or pipes as he runs smaller header tubes and cross over on his and it stays cool.(well doesnt glow) I have to be seeing over 1800 degrees to cook the header wrap like that. Here is a bin if someone running code 59 could look at it and see if something is wrong with it. I am about to put my 8d back on it just to see if it will run ok out of boost and not get hot but hard to drive as it makes boost so quickly with this turbo. Maybe someone has a proven bin I can start with over the one I am running that has a similar combo as mine. 383 small cam, afr 195 eliminator heads,9.5 to 1 comp, 42 lbs injectors. look at sig... also i just ran into a problem when the bin didnt match the computer on a car i was doing for someone. it was a 305 that was converted to a 350 and i used a aujp bin to start with and it was some other bin and it wouldnt run and said bad prom. so bin not matching the computer caused problems. Is there a specific bin that needs to be used to start with if you use a 730 over a 749 computer??? just looking at anything now.

your zip file is corrupt, either you have a restriction or your running too lean to glow pipes.

I just clicked on it reopened the bins i put up with no problem. Not lean reading plugs and wideband say it is ok. I have a similar set up as a friend with larger pipes on a similar combo and his carbed car is ok. next.

Microsoft Internet Explorer is causing the corrupt file. Download with Firefox and it will be fine.
