Nitrous Solenoid rebuilt kit

Just a quick question.

I bought 2 nitrous rebuild kits, Nos brand. They are 16021nos and 16081nos. Now i thought the parts would look different as they are for different solenoids? But the pieces are exactly the same that i can see. Are they kinda universal or something or did i get duped?
