Procharged LT1 in my 90 Camaro

I have a 95 camaro with a procharger kit coming. If I like it I might put another lt1 that I have sitting around into my 90 camaro with the same setup. I have been trying to research what fuel mods need to be done to get proper fueling without detonating the thing.

I think a fuel pump and FMU come with the P1SC procharger kit, but is that enough? Seems like an FMU is a band aid solution to me. Both lt1s are 95s. The lady at procharger seemed to thing I don't need anything else, but I got a feeling that I need bigger injectors as well. Does anyone have experience with the LT1 procharger kit? Hard to find literature, mostly LS1 info available.

if the motors are stock, you shouldnt need bigger injectors, the FMU is a band aid in my eyes, i did not like 90+ psi of fuel pressure with mine. if you want to eliminate the FMU you will need bigger injectors and a custom tune that can sense boost.

Re: Procharged LT1 in my 90 Camaro

OK here is another question, where can you get an LT1 tuned, or what can I buy to tune myself?? I see alot LS1 tuning stuff out there, but not any LT1 stuff. Also, I believe that 1993 had prom chips still, while 94-95 have an ecm?? Also 96+ needs other stuff to work with boost. I agree 90psi of boost seems a little high. I would think that 75psi would be about what maximum I'd like to run. 60 to 65 would be ideal

I think I got it figured out. Just wasn't typing it in right when I was searching.
