Hey guys I have kinda a dumb question I wanna add 100shot well my car is tbi and I was wondering if I could get a carb intake with egr then have my nitrous then the adapter plate to put my tbi on is this possible it will go on a 305 tbi I'm sure I'm gonna get a lot of hate but I'm just wondering in my head it will work but I want your thoughts

 

Shouldn't be an issue to go that route, it'll function as intended. The only catch is you're going to have to calculate the fuel jet size yourself probably as the carb kit's jetting is not designed to use the TBI pressure. They do make TBI plates, but if you got a decent dual plane it would probably be a nice enough upgrade to justify the cost if you already have the carb intake, the carb plate or some other components you're looking to use.

 

I have not bought anything yet for my unsure ness I don't know much about nitrous that's why I'm gonna have someone to help me install it but I don't have manny mods so idk if my set up will benefit me much but I do wanna spray dice it's gonna be on a 5.0

 

but my question is if I do go this rout I gotta decided on what intake to use idk which one will give me lower TQ I don't care about the top end to much anymore ill admit im 20 so I still got lots to learn and yes this will be on my DD but I have another car im redoing also ik the typical kid modding his dd but I need your guys help it may be awhile before I can buy the nitrous but I can go ahead and get everything else in place so what would be better single plane or dual idk the diffreance really iv never researched it I kinda wanna stop doing my cars after other people and idk anyone personaly that will have a carb intake with a carb nitrous plat then a tbi on that ik popele buy the tbi nitrous but that seems to expensive and im gonna buy a use nitrous kit found one for 150 come with varioius jets the place the arming switch the bottle lines and relay etc it looks like everything is there
