Cheap Twin Turbo's on a 350ci GM Goodwrench 5.7l V8

So as far as I can see on Google there doesn't seem to be a straight answer out there for my specific question. What kind of gains in HP from the stock 250 can I expect with twin turbo's (or correct me if a single turbo of around the same price range would do better) bolted on and operating with the engine? Please don't get all patronizing on me for using cheap stuff, if it breaks I'll fix or replace it, until then it's adequate. I may be an European but my outlook on the latter is what you may (or may not) consider American.

No other changes other than blow thru carb and to be honest maybe a small single plane for distribution, i'd say 500-600 is easily doable. Single t4 76mm could do it. Q trim 67mm type turbine. .96 a/r

You are limited in internal strength. It may make a glory dyno pull at 700+ and then break. Hard to say
