tuning carb for supercharger
I recently installed a b&m 144 supercharger, I have two carbs to use. First one is a edelbrock 1411(750 cfm) and the other are dual side draft Weber carbs (400cfm each).
I'm starting with the edelbrock because it is easier to work with as I have no exp. With Weber. Now I know they are tuned lean from the factory.
Does anyone have any experience with the 144 supercharger?

You have two carbs, or two sets of carbs? Meaning do you have two Edelbrocks and two Webers, or one Edelbrock and one Weber? I will reach out and invite member Flirtin1 to this thread to see if he will chime in and help you because he has a lot of experience with roots blowers...

Can you even put dual Webers on a 144?!? Even if you can, I'd go with the single 750cfm. I tried an Edelbrock carb with my blower, and it made good power...but you'll need to do some adjusting. After it's all said and done, I stuck with a DP carb. But you'll need to boost reference the power valve for it to work correctly. Damon got around the referencing by using a 10.5" or so PV to a non referenced carb. You just need to experiment a bit.... Damon has a lot of experience with the Weiand blowers.
Just don't run it too lean while you're in boost, and get a boost retard. Should be fine then.
