Concealed nitrous kit

Can the Edelbrock concealed nitrous kit be slightly upgraded. It comes with a 12 oz bottle can I use the 1.3 lb. bottle and can I re jet the kit to 40 hp since it is only rated to 30 lb. I just want to make minor changes to the kit. Any ideas

This is a pretty old thread. i cant see using a 1.3lb bottle being very useful for a SBC. Maybe a motorcycle. I only got roughly 3-4 passes on a 125 shot out of a 10lb bottle. Spraying 30-40 shot in my opinion is pretty useless for the amount of work and safety equipment needed.

Re: Concealed nitrous kit

I had a concealed wet kit on a 97 WS6 back in the day. I hid the solenoids, fuel pressure safety switch, RPM window switch and purge inside a gutted factory battery which was mounted in the stock location. The fuel and nitrous lines were hidden with wire loom and run inside the air intake. THe real battery was mounted in the back and the bottle was where the spare tire used to go. I had a remote bottle opener and warmer on it as well. No one had any idea I was spraying 150hp!!!!
