twin T3 / T04E 57-trims on 305 driveable?
As the title suggests, if I did order the Ebay stainless headers with T3 flanges, then a pair of turbos with T3 hot sides and 57-trim T04E compressors, is a 305 likely to spool them up before uselessly high RPM?
Heads are 416s, considering a mild cam like a Crane Energizer 260/260.
Thanks!

I once ran a similiar combo. Stock 305 TPI and then put a small cam in it like the 260/260 and had the ebay T4/T3 57 trims on it. It spooled fine for the street. It would make boost around 2500-2800 rpm. The only problem was that at cruise rpm and a light load it would compressor surge at 0-5 PSI.
The twin compressors equate to a 76mm compressor single. The exhaust turbines are too small for that size compressor. I ran the T4/T3 because they were cheap but I didn't run them long. I ditched them for a single 70mm turbo.

I wanted to run those turbos on my car. I cant see them being laggy at all. I ended up doin a larger single t70 and it spooled fast on the rear mount.
Those should be 50.5 mm comp and a 55/65 turbine. Seems like a decent match imo

The 50.5mm comp wheels would be better. The ebay "57 trim T4/T3" I had were 54mm comp wheel inducer.

What T70 was it?
I keep debating what to put on my LT1 headed 305... but that will be mounted in the engine bay, I'm worried that everything I have sitting around will be too small or too big...

The 305 TPI I have with baby cam has an engine mount stock exh manifolds GT4296 T6-1.28 A/R and 3.5" out exhaust. Spools at 2300 when going WOT and good on the top end. Your LT1 head 305 would do fine with even a 76mm compressor.
