305 turbo budget build
Hey guys I'm new to the forum. I've been coming here for a while now getting info and opinions and figured its about time to join. I live in Alberta Canada and its getting to the time of year where my IROC is going back in the garage for the next 6 months.
I've been toying with the idea of putting a turbo on the ol' girl over the winter. I'm looking at the the single turbo kit from cxracing with the t76 turbo. Just curious what you guys have to say about it and other mods to go along with it like injector size, fuel pump etc. Sorry if this has already been discussed 1000 other times.
1990 Iroc-z non t top with 305 tpi 5speed manual. Pretty much unmolested other than flowmaster exhaust.

I think in terms of recommendations you need to specify and possibly list possibilities. People have posted all sorts of similar builds that you can get injector and pump ideas from.
I haven't been paying that much attention recently, so I'm wondering if anyone has posted pictures or information about the cx racing kit installed. I'm not quite picturing how it fits/what it clears based on the pics on their page.

Kit seems promising but no idea if anyone uses it. Someone here bought the ls swap kit version i think and it seemed nice but needed some work.
A rear mount on stock exhaust is likely easiest and cheapest. Only minor issues is oil return and cold side to engine. I did this for under 2000$ and it ran well
