Boost Control?

I am in the process of turbocharging a small block and am looking for some form of boost control. I know that I can bypass air going to the turbo by a wastgate but believe that I have seen some type of blow off valve that go's in the intake patch that will limit the boost. Does anybody know where I can get one of these and how much they cost? Thanks Jon

I think your best bet is to talk to someone like Laurence Conley who has done that to a small block. A friend of mine, Randy Lambert has a 98 SS racecar with a small block turbo that runs 7.80's. Fred Merkle built the motor he might be able to help, don't know of any websites for him. Maybe Harry of Precision Turbo might be able to help also.
