NOS Options for aftermarket EFI

I'm interested in NOS options for aftermarket EFI and TPI-style intakes.

Specifically, I'm using Holley HP EFI, and I'm using a FIRST fuel injection intake. The FIRST, like the stock TPI intakes don't have perfect cylinder to cylinder air distribution - does this cause problems with introducing NOS (and /or fuel) at the throttle body plate?

My piston rings will be happy with a bit of spray, and I can VERY easily pull timing via the Holley HP; my forged 2618 pistons and 4.5 thousandths piston to wall clearance I think is about perfect for NOS apps.

-I have 440 HP and 36 lbs BOSCH 4 injectors with theoretically enough fuel system to support a 100 shot if I up the fuel pressure a bit (been a while since I ran the calcs, though...) -so I kinda like the simplicity of going with a Dry system and just letting the injectors provide the fuel, if possible.
I'm just not sure whether I should look for a plate setup that will work with the FIRST throttle body or if I should plumb my intake now before I get it installed...

I'm only looking to do a baby 100hp shot to help 1/4 mile times or the once-a-year car club dyno day.

I'm open to all feedback. Thanks in advance.

I'm running the HP EFI too. Great system. I'm a little rusty at the moment, but you do know the HP is already set up with it's own nitrous controller, right? I'm assuming you know but I can elaborate if you don't. I would think for just a 100 shot, a wet plate system would be MUCH simpler to install and dial in.
