Replace or Keep
Hello, I am new to all this and am trying to get pointers and tips. I have a 1991 Firebird Trans Am GTA 5.7L V8 350 TPI with 65,000 miles on it. Looking to get more power like everyone else!
I have seen back and forth talk about replacing the the intake from a TPI to something else.So I am trying to figure out if i should upgrade the TPI or switch to something better.
With upgrading what as some good high performance replacement? What also needs to be upgraded with this? I know rollers and gaskets and such but what else?
With switching what is a good high perfromance intake? Also what needs to switched? I believe the throttle body and air intake would need to be upgraded, but other than that I dont know?
And what would be a great throttle body and air intake replacement?
