Hi I have a 86 Camaro with a 2.8l 5 speed. I put on a small Rotorex C30 supercharger, it has a bog and it pings under boost, it goes up to about 10 psi at higher rpms. I have a water intercooler, 17lbs injectors from Southbay, second fuel pump, 8:1 FMU. it is worse in first and second gear. I turned the timing down but that did not help. I was thinking of adding a MSD with boost retard. The engine is all stock with headers, and a JET chip. Any help would be appreciated.

I am running premium gas. I am running a stock computer, no data logger.

Premium gas as in 93 octane?? Either way I'd suggest you take it to the rollers and get it sorted out that way

You need a wideband reading, a solid datalog, and better timing control...

Otherwise you're shooting your arrows during the night at a target you cannot even see...

I got the pinning sorted out with a timing adjustment, But it still bucks under boost. I closed up the gap on the plugs to .032, and replaced the cap and rotor. The wires are fairly new.

I got the bogging sorted out. I got a set of 20lbs injectors from South Bay Fuel injectors that seemed to do the trick. No more bucking and it has way more power.
