Direct port nitrous

I have your average 5.7 L TPI set-up and am looking for more power. Nitrous is an obvious solution that I have been looking into. I have found many companies make plate systems for my car, but where can I get a kit for a port injection set-up. I am not too sure if my terminology is correct here, I mean the type of sytem that puts individual foggers in each runner of the intake. Does anyone make a kit like this or is it something that would have to be fabricated? Do these have more HP potential than a plate system? Advantages/dis-advantages? Could a stock, freshly rebuilt, engine utilize this type of injection or would I be better off with a plate system? Does anyone run one of these set-ups???????? Thanks

I wouldn't gp w/ plate system for TPI. People say that you don' t get good distrabution to all cylinders. Nitrous Xpress makes a kit but you have to bend your own lines.

That does seem like it would be all that hard. Would that mean I would have to put bungs on all of my runners for the foggers or do they supply a new set? Do they have a website?

NOS just came out with a new product called the "NOZsle" or something like that. It's a fuel injector which can also shoot nitrous into the motor making for a direct port setup without have to get your runners machined to fit the typical direct port setup. Any direct port setup is gonna be very expensive, like 2-3 times that of a plate system. I think I heard the NOZsle's go for like $1300 (I'm assuming that's the set). That's just hear-say, but I'm willing to bet it's pretty close.
If you don't want to try that new setup, you can get your runners machined to accept the normal nozzles but that's again real expensive. I think at one point in time there was a picture of that on this board somewhere. Either way, good luck.
