I under stand the codes it is putting out but what the heck can I do to correct it? Let me put it to you this way. Before I chipped my car I raced a freind of mine. He has a '89 TA, 305, TPI. We were dead even from the jump through second, then he got me in third. But after I chipped it he had me by at least two lengths and he was just hitting second gear! Is there anything I can adjust, or replace to get the performance the chip should have given me. If there isn't I'm yankin the 305 for a 350!

1st thing is post this stuff in the tpi or tech forums and 2nd thing is you can advance your timing a bit, i have the chip and a bit of timing advance over stock. personally i would start reading up on chip burning for $200 you can start saving gas and making more power then any chip you can just buy and install. plus you get an unlimited amount of tuning for free.
