is the MSD 6 BTM a "must have" with a D1SC ?

is the MSD 6 BTM a "must have" with a D1SC ?

or can i just get the 6AL with the rev control ? It it worth the 319.99 jegs is asking, do i need it for a supercharged application ?

i pruchased the 6BTM as kinda a insurance policy, normally i keep the dial at 0, but incase i ever get a tank of bad fuel, i can always dial in some timing retard

or if i ever feel the need to up the boost (which is going to happen sometime this spring) i can run the car on pump gas with timing retard dialed in, then goto the track and fill up with some race fuel and remove the timing retard.
