Hey guys, I had a 383 built, only issue is the engine builder somehow misunderstood me and built the motor for 8:1 compression cause he figured he knew what he was doing with a blower car.. (he even built it with cast pistons ) anyways, the car is a complete dog to drive w/o the blower.. ive got it all pullied up now, - do you guys think that 10 lbs of boost is safe enough now with 30# injectors and a FMU? Insight here would rock.

 

#10 should be fine as long as you have enough fuel... If you were to go lean up top with those cast pistons, youd prolly fry em right up.

and what do you think the final CR would be at 8:1 N/A with 10#?
