August 28, lights on
I saw this post on LS1.com and I'm sure that there's been one on here but I can't find it. Anyway, August 28 is the last day for the f-body, and I know that the LS1 guys will be driving with their lights on to honor the memory of the fbody. Although I don't personally have a 98+ fbody(yet) I know for a fact that I'll be sporting some lights and lightin' up the tires to honor the end of the fbody. BTW headlights up during the day doesn't look so swell on a TA but I think the fogs with do, as long as the tires match.:hail:

these are not my words they are a quote that was sent to me by a friend. If these are your words please claim them:
"The last Camaro and Firebird will come off the line on Tuesday August 27, 2002. A Bright Red Firebird Convertible will be followed by a Bright Red Camaro Convertible and they will both go into GM's Heritage Collection. The St. Therese plant will officially close Wednesday August 28, 2002. "
"Let some of the tread off your tires tomorrow, and let smoke float into the air all over the United States, he11, the world; in remembrance of a great car. I dont care if your in a 92 V6 Camaro RS, 4 cyl. Iron Duke, a 67', 75', TTA, or an LS1. Get that girl out of the garage and drive it like a F-body was meant to be, light 'em up, and remember the F-bodies are going out fighting, and it's not because they were getting their assses kicked, it's because their stupid **** manager threw in the towel."
