It depends on who you emailed. I know that Dirk is a really busy guy. He hardly has a chance to check his email. I dont know who the email goes to when you use the webmaster address. Try it again and see if you get a reply. I am sure both of the admins are always busy, esp with a site like this with over 20,000 members worldwide.

 

dirk has been on vacation and brad just moved to a new job, home, and state so there's a very good chance neither one of them has had time to read or answer any e mail. is there anything a moderator could help you with? you may want to consider writing the moderator(s) if they could help.

 

Dirk reads all his E-Mail. Its just that it takes a while to answer all of them.

 

No disrespect meant, this is an honest question, but what does the size, or range of the website have to do with keeping Dirk busy?

The board is all automated, there are moderators that handle everything, All I can think of him doing is answering E-mails, and fixing bugs, that couldnt take to long, there arent bugs everyday.

Dirk has a family, works full time, and has a life outside of thirdgen. That is why we have moderators. We handle most of the problems on the boards. I live about two miles from Dirk, and I hardly ever see him or talk to him. I might get ahold of him twice a month. He is always on the go. As Ede stated, try the moderator(s) of the board you have questions about. Dont use PM for Dirk, as his box is alway full. Go to his profile and click on "email Dirk" and give it a shot. If you dont hear from him within a few days, try it again. Most of us spend a lot of time on the boards. He doesnt. You can also try emailing or PM'ing Brad. He is the other admin person, who has a SWEET ride.
