Why is my PM box full?

I've got one message in my PM box but still nobody can get through. I just get e-mails saying my box is full. I've had at least 15 messages in there before without a problem. I went all the way back to the beginning and deleted every message but one. Also, the message I have is only two or three sentences so it's not taking up much space.

everytime you send one, if you have the boxes checked to either save a copy or request read receipt, that saves the message and thus fills up the box. Go to those folders and delete old ones.
