How come I can't delete my posts?

Like the title said. When I try to delete a post I get a page that says I don't have access to that area???? Is this normal? Thanks in advance, Larry.

Even if you create the post, I still think only a moderator can delete it.

Yup. Unless you've made the post within a couple of seconds before you want to delete it.

There is TONS of useful info posted everyday. I don't want members to delete their own posts. There may be good info in that post that shouldn't be deleted on the whim of a disgruntled user.
