Would it be too hard to impliment a filter to search for threads with Pics?

Would it be too hard to impliment a filter to search for threads with Pics?
I often find myself searchign thirdgen for something and once the search results pop up i skim to the ones that have pics... im thinking it cant be too hard to impliment the option to allow us to search for threads with pics by keyword as an option on search...just wondering...

I'm not sure if it will work completely or not, but you should be able to search for the image tags.
i.e.:
"[img]"
this would show all posts with user-hosted pictures...just not those hosted by thirdgen.org
