Can't get into thirdgen from home

Can't get into thirdgen from home
I'm having a problem logging into thirdgen.org from home. I tried it at a friend’s house that has the same ISP and had the same problem. The only site I'm having a problem with is thirdgen.org. This has been going on for about a month. At work its no problem. Any idea what could be causing this? My ISP is T-Online (DSL). I'm a military guy in Kaiserslautern Germany.

can you not get to the site, or can you not log in?

I cant get onto the site at all... my computer acts like the site doesnt exist. I think it was a 404 error.
Yep, Checked the secruity settings and all was good. I've tried logging on from a couple of friends homes who have the same ISP with no luck getting on. I think its either an ISP issue or a Thirdgen firewall type of issue possibly blocking addresses from our ISP. Figured I start with thirdgen, its a little more difficult to talk to the ISP since they only speak German.
