How To Download Pictures....
Actually, I can download the picture....that I know. What I am having problems with is every time I try to download to this site, it tells me my pictures are too big.
How do I make the pictures small enough to be accepted by this site?

You need a program such as Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro. These will let you make the pictures a smaller file size so you can upload them to the site.
IROCThe5.7L is right. You may be able to do it in Paintbrush, which comes with Windows, but its very limited.
Of course if you're using Linux, The Gimp is free and works well.
By the way, what you mean is Upload. You upload images to this site, which stores them into a database.
