How can I delete a message that I've posted myself?

 

you cant. best thing to do is edit your post...

 

I thought that must be the case, but I was confused since DELETE is one of the options when you go in to edit. Maybe that's just there for admins. If it's not too much throuble to impliment, it might be a good idea to hide that option from regular users if it is not really an option. Just a suggestion.

 

you can also ask a moderator of that forum to delete the post.

 

reason you can't is so someone at a future time can find your postdoing a search and take care of their problem without having to ask the sane thing again, like that never happens.
