why in the ThirdGen.Org Board Guidelines post
it says ThirdGen.Org Board Guidelines (10-22-2003 until 10-22-2005) is something going to happen on 10-22-2005? is the site still going to be around? i just noticed that. or is that just the date the this web site has to be reregistered?

 

In this particular case, i doubt the date has much meaning.

It simply is an advanced date, that the Admin picks, for when the message will disappear. This is because the type of message is an announcement, which generally has an expiration date at some time where the message may not be valid anymore, therefore, the message would be removed from displaying.

The date was likely picked at the time because it was well in advance, and the Admin likely wants that message to remain active.

Dr Chet H Snow has said in his scientific study "Mass Dreams of the Future" that Earth Changes are coming and 10/22/05 is when it intensifies and the earth rotates on it's axis making California the north pole and NY weather Floridalike. New Atlantis will rise from the sea at the same time with a surprisingly modern infrastructure. The servers will be relocated back to the warm climate which happens to be New Atlantis. There should be no interruption of service and many people won't know it even happened.

Just because Dirk is on sabbatical doesn't mean he can't fly back for the cookout. He's getting things ready in New Atlantis for the moderators after all. He says he's bringing some new special fruit from New Atlantis. Apparently it tastes like oranges and peaches combined with just a touch of bitter. I can't wait until we can all try it!
