I have been here forever and the old off topic was fine until Dirk turned yellow and closed it. The site Thirdgentech.com Forums - Powered by vBulletin has one why not here?

Then you know that this has been discussed several times. Much of the current staff (Admins and Mods), who have been here just as long, advise against it as well. It was not just Dirk. The topic has been discussed in length numerous times, and so far, TGO has done well the way it is.

It was not fine and that board is just another site trying to copy TGO, this place is what it is and made itself that way by staying true to that. They even used the same Camaro in the banner and have nearly the same boards.
