Suspension sub-forum in Classifieds

Maybe this has been discussed but it would be nice to have a suspension sub-forum in the classifieds. When looking for suspension parts sometimes they are listed in the engine/drivetrain sub-forum and sometimes in the exterior sub-forum.

Thanks

This is why the sub-forums for the parts wanted and parts for sale sections are detrimental to the purpose of even having the classifieds to begin with. There are so many things that could fit into more than one category, and so many things that do not really fit in any of them. You cannot break down car parts into three general groups, its just not going to happen. "Parts for Sale" and "Cars for Sale" is fine, but breaking it down any more results in the classifieds being a PAIN to check, and people will have the tendancy to post the same thing in more than one forums resulting in spam and more server load. What are you supposed to do when you are parting a car out? Post the same ad in all three "parts for sale" forums? Coming from somebody who browses the classifieds a lot, the newer system of breaking them down is rediculous. Its just not practical. Objects are missed because although people may INTEND to check all three, fact is when most people browse forums they have a tendency to get distracted and never get around to checking everything. This could result in people losing sales, and people missing out on something they need. Their own fault for missing it? Of course. But I think the site should be designed to follow human tendencies, not force people to follow the design of the site, which makes for an undesireable experience. Which is really why most of us are here, right? To help each other out and get the help we need? Fighting the site should not be part of the fight for some help.

I know this was voted on, and passed, however I also thought it was a good idea at first. Now that its been in effect for awhile, I dont believe it works as good as it looked. If you guys asked if we should go back I would bet most people would think we should.
