deleting posts

is there a way to delete posts?

if ther isnt then there should be a way to delete them, it would save a lot of spamming if ppl make mistakes and post twice

TGO has not allowed members to delete their own posts for quite some time.

If you do make a mistake and post twice, you could always contact a Moderator or Administrator.

what about being able to delete for sale/wanted ads ?

they clutter up the boards when stuff is sold/found

i have a trillionposts that i need to delete because items are gone or found and no way to help clean the boards of my old posts so that more of other ppls posts can be seen on the first page

do i make sense

just my $.02

The old classified posts will simply fall further back as the thread gets older. Also, allowing posts/threads to be deleted in that forum would cause a problem with the iTrader, should people want to use that feature, which it does get used.
