Wall of shame
at ls1tech.com they have a wall of shame and a top 20 feedback set up . so you can see whos screwing poeple and also you can see the top user who are the ones to deal with

Unfortunately, that can also lead to lawsuits.
First, from the people who are idenitified on the "Wall of Shame" and feel TGO slandered them. And second, from customers who get burned by someone listed on the "Top 20" and claim the only reason they purchased from that person is because they listed on the "Top 20" on TGO.
In the "lawsuit happy" world where people love to sue because they can't acknowledge they were stupid and need to blame everyone else for their own stupidity, it's just a "Lose/Lose" deal for TGO with no benefits to TGO but lots of downside.

We have the feedback board and I guess that is why we use Itrader numbers?

LS1tech is a lot larger of a site and i doubt they have problems with lawsuits...or else it wouldn't be up there. Its also great for people with a lot of Itrader feedback. It wouldn't need to be labled wall of shame, it could just be Itrader rating from the people with the most from the people with the least not counting 0 of course.
