Problems with changing my profile.

I recently added another car to the fleet. I went to add it to my profile and it wouldn't let me add anything to the information fields on the edit profile area.

Any ideas???

This is because we have a character limit to prevent abuse. Abuse in the form of typing so much data into those fields that it extends their postbit - length wise. So when the member posts, their posts appear much larger (longer) because they stretched out their postbit information.

So what, I need to abbreviate or something? Do you have to pick and choose what you can list?

Yes. Since this is a Third Gen Camaro/Firebird website only, listing your non-Third Gen vehicles (such as your 2002 vehicle) is probably not really useful. There has to be a limit somewhere. The information under your username (postbit) is more for quick reference, for your main vehicle. There is other places for more details (such as your signature).
