Guidelines for submitting a Technical Article

I have been kicking the idea around with Glenn(grimreaper) about submitting a tech article on Alpha-N. The other one I would like to submit is on converting a 87-88 convertible top frame to the 88-92 latch style. I just need to know the formal (or general) guidelines for submitting a technicle article.

There really isn't much. I generally accept whatever we are given. We are fairly flexible on the application (word, notepad, html, etc.).

Thanks.
