What's up with the Titles ???
Why is it that my last few posts to this forum have had thier titles edited ??? There was nothing derogatory, inflamitory, offensive, or misleading written into the title of my messages and I am curious to know why they were changed.
Since I was wrting in referance to my experience with ongoing issues/problems related DIRECTLY to the website,........ why would the words/terms that I use to describe the problem be edited in this way ?? What reason is there for changing my words and censoring the way my observations are presented when there was CLEARLY nothing "wrong" with the way it was written in the first place ??
I can understand the need to MODERATE the forums but can't understand the reasoning behind having someone edit members posts and titles to suit thier own feelings, knowlegde, position &/or opinions.
Outrageous - and uncalled for and it's as offensive as it is frustrating.

Re: What's up with the Titles ???
Your original thread title was "Another Problem: Find More Posts by". I simply changed it to "Search Issue: Find More Posts by", which exactly what it is.
Your second to last thread in this forum, which I also edited, was originally tilted: "What's the Problem". That was not exactly an appropriate, and is definately not a descriptive thread title. I changed the thread title to "Subscriptions Not Added?".
As you are probably familiar with the rules, you probably know it's up to the staff to moderate and that's exactly what I did. If you move past your personal feelings against staff and policies, I'd think you would see the primary reason why I changed them.
If someone else is having a problem with subscriptions intermittently not being added to their subscription list, do you think they may be more tuned into a thread that is titled "What's the Problem" or "Subscriptions Not Added?" ? I think we all know the answer to that one, don't we?
I hate to say this, but to be honest, you display some personal issues against the staff and the policies which show more about yourself. This is really your problem. You had previously accused us of making a change to the system, which impacts ALL members (thousands), simply to get to you, as you claimed. Your accusation couldn't have been further from the truth. That not only suggests what I previously stated, but also some paranoia. At some point you will need to either move past that, or?
You claim the changes are made to suit "thier own feelings, knowlegde, position &/or opinions." It is well within our written guidelines to edit threads, as seen fit, if we think it helps others. If you want an example, I refer you to your original thread title "What's the Problem", in which I changed to "Subscriptions Not Added?". I think everyone knows which thread title is descriptive and helps others who may be seeing the issue.
You were unable to look past your thread titles being edited to see that not only may it help others, but yourself. Your second to last thread in this forum, "Whats the Problem" where you described an issue with Subscriptions intermittently not working, you were the only person to report that issue. After I changed the thread title to "Subscriptions Not Added?". one other person chimed in to report they seen the issue as well. To help such issues, it would be best to find out more information by finding a possible theme, etc.
