Many Thanks for a great site

This is a great site. Long story but I needed to repair my son's trunk mechanism before he got back from the Air Force Academy, and out of frustration with the Chevy place, I tried the internet and found this site.

I was able to get better parts and a VERY informative artcle by Is90rs detailing the steps needed to put the closing mechanism back together.

My son's things is his '89 IROC. Mine is this beast of a 1970 M35A2, surplus Deuce and a half. Trying to attach a picture.

i can't begin to tell the number of solutions i have found on this site . this site has been invaluable to me . i'm on my second camaro now and research here often . good luck .
