OK maybe I am an idiot but I can't get the rpo on my computer to work,I beleive I have the .net installed not sure?

Using Windows XP?

If so, check in Add/Remove software in your control panel for .net framework. If you have it, it will be listed. If you don't, the program won't work.

OK I checked.it said I have version 1.1,2.0,3.0.So when i right click and then what-save as?to the desktop?

Yes. You must save the file(program) to your computer.
