Re: Post count gone

You contacted us about this issue about 4 days ago, to which I responded that same day.

There is no error with your account. The database shows only 5 posts (6 counting this last one) on our website. We did not prune (remove) any content.

If there was any database error, there would be a bigger issue than just your own account.

You either are thinking of the wrong site, or you have an alternative user name. There is no logs showing any of your past posts were deleted. As you can see, one of those 6 was from last year (2009). In addition, there are no logs of your account being tampered with.

In case you wonder, posts made in this section (Help section, Classifieds section, as well as some other sections) don't count toward a user's post count but will show in their history. This is why your account only shows 3 posts made, but you have 6 posts tied to your account.

EDIT:

Looking further, I found the following account:
https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/member.php?u=35718

A few notes:
1) The above account has a signature link containing the word "ramairetransam":
http://www.cardomain.com/id/ramairetransam

2) The above account has a Birthday listing of April 13, 1984 - the same Birthday you have listed on your account (ramairetransam)

3) The account above has hundreds of posts - which is close to the amount you claimed.

In conclusion, it's appears you were using a second account and thinking of the wrong account when reporting the "post count" issue.
