Why does the site automaticaly Log me out!

After logging in and cruise'n the threads for a while, and then it happens, automaticaly logged off. This is becoming a hassel especially in the middle of a post. Anybody know why?

Re: Why does the site automaticaly Log me out!

That issue is going to be a corrupt browser cookie on your computer. This also is not an uncommon issue from time to time. And due to the way that cookies are used by your browser, you will most likely experience the issue on one site at one single time.

You will need to delete the ThirdGen.org cookie(s) and then revisit the site, log back in and make sure you select the "Remember Me" option when logging in.

I don't recommend you delete all your cookies, which is easy to do in any given browser via a few mouse-clicks, because you will then lose all cookie-based preferences stored per website as well as other automatic log ins you had with other sites. I always recommend the user singly delete the affected cookie(s), which the method for doing this varies on the browser you're using.
