Posts made in the technical sections are the only posts that count toward a user's post count. The post count total is what then drives the titles that you're asking about.

As the majority of your posts are made in the Classifieds, which don't contribute to post count, your title is still new.

Once you post in the technical sections, that will contribute to the post count, which will then contribute to changing the title.

Note that we are a tech-only website and we prefer quality over quantity. There is no access/privilege difference between your current title, a "Junior Member" or "Senior Member". Each has full access.
