How about a classifed section and a section for the sponsors to advertise in?
You know like LS1tech.com does and many of the other boards.
Some sponsors like Thunder Racing will offer group purchases from time to time.
If a classifed section was offered, I suggest guidelines like requireing a price to be posted, and only automotive items allowed to be posted at least at the start.
