Some posts may require Moderator approval before showing public. This is largely from the Spam filter. Newer accounts, or accounts that aren't used much, will be more likely to see this issue. We can't disclose exactly what triggers the Spam filter, but if using ThirdGen as it was intended then the less likely this issue will be seen in future.
